BORACAY EXPERIENCE WITH MY SON

To be able to manage your vacation time anytime of the year is just one of the best things that one can ever hope for, specially for a single mother like me. I am fortunate enough to bring my kiddo at Boracay recently. It was his first trip and my second. Actually, my second trip to Boracay for this year. Hopefully, there's another one next year lol. Isn't it obvious I fell in love with the island? :)

Our recent trip to Bora was indeed an unforgetable moment. Few days before our trip, the weather condition was so bad because of the tropical storm Falcon. So bad that even Boracay was hit by flash floods due to heavy rains. On the day of our flight, thankfully the weather has calmed down and before we knew it, we were headed to the airport already.

I thought everything would be perfect until I found out that I wasn't able to bring my kiddo's identification card. We were in the jeepney going to the airport when I remember that I didn't have his id with me. Unfortunately, we could not go back since were were already near the airport plus we were not able to check in ahead of time. Unfortunately, it was not an option for us to go back and get the ID.

Thanks to Philippine Airlines, our favorite airline, and thank you FB, we were saved by the bell. We were able to check in just with his health card but not just a health card though. The card shows his complete name there, including my last name and his birthday. Even though his picture wasn't there, were were still able to check in because I managed to show them my son's screenshot of his passport on my fb. THANK TO FACEBOOK indeed.. If it wasn't for that, I'm pretty sure we could not get boarded.

Everyone was on the plane already, I even heard the lady on the microphone calling our names and get boarded already. Everything was so fast, including our heart beats and our four feet. LOL. We were rushing and running our way to the plane and get boarded. And there we were! Ready for our Boracay adventures.

Before our trip, I was searching on the web what could be the activities in Bora that kids will enjoy. These are the 10 things I found:

Go island hopping

I told to myself, I will definitely do these things to make him happy in Bora. And so we did Island hopping first, the first one on the list.

Please enjoy viewing our photos below while we were hopping from one island to another. We had snorkeling, swimming, and even helmet diving and not to mention of course the unlimited eating. It was a package that we paid P1,400 per person including lunch. The Island hopping adventure began at 10pm and we ended at around 4pm.

I thought we could still do the rest of things as mentioned in the above list, however due to time constraints and budget constraints lol, we were only able to do the island hopping.

The island has so much water activities to offer. You could have parasailing, banana boat, Jetski, Paddle boarding, sunset sailing, cliff diving and much more. Make sure to lighten your wallet prior to be able to enjoy all these water activities.

However, if you want to enjoy just the beach and the place it self. Sure you can!!! Take a look...
